ArrowUp was founded by Rick Docekal, President and CEO.  Rick has over 20 years experience in sales, recruitment and selection of sales personnel, cost control, and all other aspects of business operations.  Most recently Rick held the position of Vice President and Operations Officer for a top national title insurer.
